What are the electrical power requirements?

Customers provide the electrical power. Outlets must be within 100 feet of the equipment, and some rentals require more than one dedicated outlet. Generators are available to rent when suitable power is unavailable.

Can I pick up rental equipment myself?

Yes. Qualifying products are available through Pick Up & Save.

Are your rentals insured and inspected?

Yes. Duvall's maintains the appropriate insurance, inspections, and licensing required for its rental operation. Customers needing documentation should contact the office.

Is Pick Up & Save limited to Friday through Monday?

No. Friday through Monday is the normal weekend schedule, but weekday arrangements may also be available. Contact the office for scheduling.

How do I guarantee my reservation?

Submit a rental request or call 318-798-5867. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred under our applicable policies. Card, check, and cash payments are accepted.

Can I reserve and pay completely online?

You can add products to My Quote and submit the quote request online. Payment is not collected during that step. The office follows up to confirm availability and collect the required 50% deposit.

What happens if bad weather is expected?

Weather cancellation requests must be made between 8:00 AM and noon on the day before the event. The forecast must show more than a 50% chance of rain during the event hours.
