Who provides the electrical power?

It is the customers responsibility to  provide the power.  The outlet must be located no more than 100 feet from the blower.  Our delivery drivers will need access to outlets upon arrival.  Depending on the rented items, more than one outlet might be required.  If the location is somewhere without power (i.e. a field), we have generators available to rent.  Our office staff will be happy to answer any electricity questions.

Can I pick up the inflatable myself to save money?

Yes! We offer certain items that are available for pick up.  Please check out our pick up and save tab to see what all we have.

Is your company insured?

In accordance with state regulations, Duvall’s Amusement Rentals maintains proper insurance, safety inspections and licenses.

Does Pick up and Save have to be Friday to Monday?

 No!  If you would rather have your item during the week, just give us a call or send an info request and we can work with you on the dates you would like. 

How do I guarantee my order?
To book your item, you can send us an information request on our website or give us a call at 318-798-5867. Your item is reserved once you pay the 50% Non-refundable (but transferable) deposit via Credit Card, Check, or Cash.
Can I reserve online?

You can begin your reservation online by adding to your cart the items you want and then requesting a quote.  We do not accept payments online at this time.  Someone from our office will contact you to complete the reservation process.  We accept credit cards, check or cash for the required 50% deposit.

Can we cancel if it looks like it is going to rain the day of our event?

Cancellations must happen between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM the day prior to the start of the arrival window if the cancellation is due to inclement weather (greater than 50% chance of rain for the hours of the event based on ). At this time, you may transfer your deposit to be used for rescheduling within 10 months of the original event date.
